This site is dedicated to my acute-chronic disease, named orchiditis. I catched the orchiditis virus at the middle of 2006, and now end up (not end yet, the number is still growing…. this is very acute-chronic virus you know 
) with almost 200 orchids from various genera.
BDNursery stand for Bukit Dago Nursery, a small piece of frontyard that I (with help from my dearest husband of course..) convert into an orchid nursery-wannabe… . Bukit Dago is located on the hilly village at the southern outskirt of Jakarta, with terete-leaved vanda plantation in its background (which made me fallen in love with this place 
). I hope I can show you how beautifull it is when the orchids are in blooms in the morning sunshine ….
Later, i hope i can share the up and downs in keeping and caring of this nursery ( and my attempt in english writing lesson). Feel free to comment, suggest something, ask anything and even laugh at my writing. I’ll appreciate all of that

It’s been a long time since my last post. It’s also been a longer time since my very first orchid. Until now, I still feel like that I could never make any orchid bloom. But, after re-organizing my hard-disk, yoohoo!!! Look at what I found.
Well, yes, those are/were (some of them had already been sent to orchid’s heaven, by me!) not “difficult” orchids, but after all I am not a complete orchid failure
I should give myself a compliment, dont you think…
